Learning About Kenya And The US

Shay-lon and I have been friends for a while now. She is from Ohio, USA and I live in Kenya and we thought it would be really fun if we made a post asking each other questions about Kenya/US and see what the other country is like. To check out her take on this click here. Questions From Me From Shay-lon: What’s your favorite American food? I like Italian dishes, and Mexican food. But if you mean “American”, I would say probably a hamburger! Like something about eating a hamburger with whatever toppings really makes me drool – I have tried so many different ones and they have been delicious.…

    Fairmount Mount Kenya Safari Club

We left early on Tuesday morning for Fairmount Mount Kenya Safari Club at about 8 am. We had decided to drive since we thought a road trip would be fun which it was! There was so much amazing greenery on the way there and I was really grateful that we decided to drive there because we would have missed some amazing nature! This is the first gate that you see when you first arrive at Fairmount.  This was the first thing you saw as soon as you entered the hotel. This was the beautifully decorated reception area where…
