    What I Eat In A Day

    I’ve been watching a lot of what I eat in a day videos on YouTube and thought it would be fun to make a what I eat in a day blog post! I usually start out the morning with a smoothie or a shake of some kind. I’m one of those people who hates eating early in the morning so having a shake is a really great alternative.
