Reasons You Shouldn’t Let Your Anxiety Win

I know from personal experience that anxiety and having a mental illness in general can be exhausting and sometimes you just want to give up however here are some reasons you shouldn’t.

Because you deserve the best life- Even though when you have anxiety it may feel like you don’t want to do anything you have to remember that this is just your anxiety talking. Don’t let it stop you from doing what you want and living the best life possible because you deserve it!

You’re bigger than your anxiety– When you have anxiety it feels like it’s taking over your life but always remember you are bigger than your anxiety and you are the one who controls it.

People care about you- It may feel as though you are alone and that no one cares about you but you need to remember that there are people out there who care about you. You should also be your own priority and take care of yourself because you deserve the best!

I truly believe that everyone is bigger than their mental health and it is possible for you to beat your mental illness. If you need to please seek help from a friend, family member or professionals to help you to get better.

As a fellow insomniac (who apparently can’t spell the word. Thank God for autocorrect), I spend most my time anxious. Yea. I’m sleep deprived as all get out. 😀 lol Yea, I need all the advice I can get on my mental health not being the one in control.

Pooja: First I want to commend you on such a well written article as many of us face this issue, but do not want to admit it. Thank you so much for the reminders. Also, thanks for the tip about Hubpages. I was totally oblivious to them. Signed up today. Wanted to through this suggestion your way. I am doing a contact page on my website and I may want to use some of your topics from time to time on the subjects of mental illness and anxiety. Let me know what you think. I would probably just link your site to that page. Again thanks a lot. You are so informative in ways you simply cannot imagine!
