    K1 Klubhouse Flea Market

    May 31, 2019 /

So I had heard a lot about this place even before I went there and we had been planning to go here even before we reached Kenya. And the stalls had so many interesting things too. Here are some locally handmade organic vegan and cruelty…

    #22 Bloom | May, Myself and I

    May 28, 2019 /

Stop for a moment and picture a bunch of snowdrops. Their thin, pale green stalks. Their perfect, clean white petals. Their tiny, modest size. They’re delicate little things and yet we can learn a lot from them. See, snowdrops are one of the first flowers to bloom in spring. What My Anxiety Has Taught Me

    May 23, 2019 /

Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month I thought I would spend this week sharing different types of posts that are about mental health awareness. For more posts on mental health click here. Change is good- Even though change can be very anxiety inducing for people even those that don’t necessarily have an anxiety disorder it’s even more difficult for people that have an anxiety disorder. Change has a lot of positives too and I need to…

The internet and social…

How To Help People In Your Life With Mental Health Problems

    May 21, 2019 /

Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month I thought I would spend this week sharing different types of posts that are about mental health awareness. For more posts on mental health click here. Just be there- Sometimes you just need someone to be there for you. Even though you may not understand what they are going through and even though you may not be able to do much to do to help it makes a huge difference just to be there for the person. Try to check up on them once in a while, invite them to things even if they decline and help them feel like they are a part…
