    Thanks for the tips.

As an international student, it can be difficult sometimes because most people hang out with their fellow countrymen. I decided it was not a big deal to be besties with everyone and just read or listen to music during my free time. Some classmates became my friends because of some things that happened and we encouraged each other, but we’re still friends although we don’t talk all the time.

I think it’s good to make friends outside the class through groups like writing, especially when everyone write different things. My friend studied criminal behaviour previously, so we joked that if she run out of inspiration, she could write about her creepy neighbours who seem to appear every time someone comes out of the house.

Yeah being an international student is definitely difficult and you truly have to make an effort to make friends.
I’m happy to hear that you were able to make friends.
