My 2016 Favorites!!!
So it’s almost the end of the year and I really wanted to share some of the things I really enjoyed this year! My 5 Favorite Books Of 2016: The Unknown Ego– this book is about the Freudian theory of the ego and how it effects behavior. It explains from a psychodynamic approach how human behavior is effected by the by our earlier experiences in life. I would not really encourage everyone to read it but I would encourage anyone who is interested in psychology, especially the psychodynamic approach, to check this book out.
