    There are habits we are all familiar with that are frowned upon however some of them may actually be more beneficial to us than we care to admit. Here are a few good bad habits: Chewing gum– firstly chewing gum actually helps you reduce your calories (go wild ladies!). To be exact it burns 11 calories per hour. Furthermore, it helps you curb your craving for sweet and high calorie foods.
